Right, so uhhhh…..

This year, my mom got me something for Christmas. Usually she maybe gives me a pair of shoes or a gift card or something, but this year, she got me something that I’ve been plotting on how to save up for for months.

This morning I unwrapped a Canon T1i. And my new baby came with both the stock 55mm lens AND a 250mm zoom lens. So now I guess this means I’ve got to start shooting again. I miss it so so much. My mom made me promise her to make her proud and practice what I love doing. The fact that she’s supporting my photography is HUGE. Anywho, I’m super juiced. Now she just needs a good name.

I took a few photos today, I guess I can post them. Also, I’m hella motivated to try doing a 365 this year, as a way of forcing me to at least take a picture a day.

It’s like coffee..

You offer your friend a toke or a bong rip when they visit;

just like your grandmother would offer a cup of coffee or tea to a house guest..

You don’t sit there and talk about the coffee, you just drink that shit say “Thankyou” and leave.
